2. What Data We Collect
Contact Form
When you submit the contact form, you provide your name, email address, optional company name, and a message. This data is sent directly to our email inbox and is not stored in any database or third-party system. We use it solely to respond to your inquiry.
The contact form email is sent via Microsoft Graph API through our Microsoft 365 account. Microsoft processes this data as a sub-processor under their Data Protection Addendum.
Analytics (with your consent)
We use the following analytics services only after you give explicit consent via the cookie banner:
- Google Analytics — website traffic analysis. Google may process data in the US under their privacy terms.
- Microsoft Clarity — session recordings and heatmaps for understanding how visitors interact with the site. Data is processed by Microsoft under their privacy statement.
- Meta Pixel — conversion tracking. Data is processed by Meta under their privacy policy.
If you decline cookies, none of these services are loaded and no tracking data is collected.
Server Logs
Our web server (nginx) collects standard access logs including your IP address, browser user agent, pages visited, and timestamps. These logs are used for security monitoring and debugging. They are stored on our server in the EU (Hetzner, Germany) and are automatically rotated.
Cloudflare
This website is served through Cloudflare, which processes requests through their global network. Cloudflare may collect limited technical data (IP address, request headers) for security and performance purposes. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

- Cloudflare: Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — DDoS protection and performance.
5. Data Transfers
Some of the services listed above (Google, Meta, Microsoft) may transfer data to the United States. These transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses as applicable.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent for analytics at any time (clear your cookies or decline via the banner)

7. Data Retention
- Contact form data: Not stored. Sent directly to email and retained only in our email inbox.
- Server logs: Rotated automatically by the server (typically 14–30 days).
- Analytics data: Retained by the respective providers per their own retention policies.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
